  • When I lived in Ohio, my county's CPS was known to be one of the worst in the country. One woman who use to be a CPS caseworker said... that if they could not find something to put down on their records... the supervisor would have to come out and find it for them.

  • Actually in Kennesaw- crime rate there was higher than the national average. After the law was enacted.. crime rate lowered so much that there wasn't one murder in 25 years. The crime-rate is still under the national average.
